1. Exploring the Northwest Territories & Nunavut (550 words MAX)
Write about the top experiences in Canada’s Northwest Territories and Nunavut. The article should include logistics including transport, costs and accommodation. In your pitch, please include examples of local homestays you’ve experienced, wildlife encounters, activities including hiking, show shoeing, kayaking etc.
Some key locations we’re looking for in pitches include: Nahanni National Park Reserve, Iqaluit, Auyittuq National Park, Pangnirtung, Prince Leopold Island, Great Slave Lake, Wood Buffalo National Park, Great Bear Lake, Virginia Falls, Alexandra Falls, Louise Falls, Mount Nirvana, Mount Thor, Marble Island, Mount Odin, Ellesmere Island, Pond Inlet, Northwest Passage.
Please include links to examples of your own work published elsewhere, and explain why you’re best suited to write each article. List the number of the article next to the title above.
